The hotly anticipated Elite Traveler Top 100 Restaurants survey is back, offering you the chance to vote for the very best restaurants you have visited in the past 12 months. You can also vote in our Chef Awards for the top chefs and rising stars as well as the coveted Lifetime Achievement Award.
