Fruit of Thyme with The Botanist Gin

  • 1.5 oz The Botanist Gin
  • 4 oz tonic water
  • Slim grapefruit wedge
  • Sprig of thyme

To make, squeeze grapefruit wedge into a cocktail glass before adding The Botanist Gin. Add ice and top with tonic water. Garnish with a sprig of thyme.
