Zuma: London’s Japanese Izakaya

ZUMAGet a taste for Japan’s izakayas at London restaurant Zuma.

‘Izakaya’ means a place to stay and drink in Japanese. London’s Zuma restaurant has taken the concept and adapted it for modern times. It’s now 12 years old, and continues to stand strong at its Knightsbridge location. The restaurant serves Japanese dishes including sushi as well as meat and vegetables grilled on a robata, a Japanese method of cooking.
