Style / Ambiance: Margaux is in good hands with Michelin-starred Michael Hoffmann running the show.

He creates haute cuisine at its finest, coupling classic techniques with his own flair for new flavors. A connoisseur of herbs, Hoffmann’s concoctions have won him worldwide repute, particularly among vegetable lovers. Many of the ingredients come from the chef’s own vast garden outside Berlin, which produces a myriad of rare species. The wine list is exceptional, and German vineyards are well represented.
