Chef and owner Fabio Picchi specializes in refining traditional Tuscan cuisine.

Using local produce from the Sant’Ambrogio farmer’s market, Picchi creates elegant dishes from ancient recipes, including roasted pigeon stuffed with fruit mustard, and calamari and spinach stew. Picchi’s homemade chocolate cake and cheesecake with bitter Sicilian marmalade are heavenly. The accommodating waiting staff are multilingual and will describe the daily specials in detail. Cibrèo is a renowned meeting place for writers, musicians and intellectuals, and American film director Woody Allen has been spotted here. There is a private dining room for up to 20 people and the entire restaurant can be hired for private events.
