Style / Ambiance: The first Chinese chef to be awarded the accolade of three Michelin stars, Chan Yan Tak upscales the textures and ingredients of traditional Cantonese cuisine to refresh and excite jaded taste buds.

Lung King Heen translates as ‘view of the dragon’, and the décor reflects this; dominated by silver and glass, it replicates the dramatic Hong Kong skyline. A private dining room features murals, a low crystal chandelier and silver gilded ceiling to amplify the shadows and positive feng shui from the restaurant’s spectacular under-lit water feature.
