Style / Ambiance: Michelin Stars in Monaco are hugely competitive, so for Chef Patrick Raingeard to have bestowed Mandarine with one of them after three years of its opening is a staggering achievement.

Raingeard dedicates time and precision to the menu’s simple style, personally sourcing all the ingredients according to the season. The design of the restaurant interior is modern and sleek, while outside the terrace gives unobstructed views over the whole harbor.
