As an exclusive, private venue, diners are offered 12 courses for their delectation. Xi Yan private dining was first conceived in the year 2000 by celebrity chef, Jacky Yu in Hong Kong at eventually opened its Singapore branch in 2005. At Xi Yan, they consider Asian cuisine as a true art form. Being a strong favorite among critics since its conception, this restaurant often welcomes famous faces but is not just for a who’s who clientele from around the world but simply for those interested in good food.
