Mathias DahlgrenCuisine: Modern Nordic

Housed in the Grand Hôtel Stockholm, Mathias Dahlgren is the eponymous restaurant of the Swedish chef, which offers two Nordic dining experiences under one roof: modern gastronomy at two Michelin star Matsalen and modern bistro at one Michelin star Matbaren.

Dahlgren prides himself on creating cuisine made from the freshest produce available in Sweden and around the world, with an emphasis on changing seasonal menus to reflect ‘natural cuisine’.

The restaurant also offers a small, exclusive Chef’s Table close to the kitchen.
