Pangea_Cuisine: Mexican

Located in Monterrey with chef Guillermo González Beristáin at the helm, Pangea is a chic, fine dining venue that has set the standard for Mexico’s haute cuisine.

One of Beristáin’s north-east Mexico restaurants, the venue stands out with its Mexican cuisine, which is prepared using modern French techniques.

Since opening the restaurant in 1998, Beristáin has been applauded for his creative presentation of indigenous Mexican produce, which has influenced younger chefs to follow in his footsteps.
