White Rabbit is the first joint project of restaurateur Boris Zarkov and Chef Vladimir Mukhim.

Together, they source local produce and develop original, unique cuisines including veal tongue, crimean truffle and mussels with fried onion foam and apple home brew jelly.

As well as boasting a varied and interesting menu, White Rabbit is situated in a stylish rooftop location and offers all-encompassing 360-degree views of Moscow, leaving guests with a breathtaking experience.
