Located in the International Financial Centre of Dubai and only a stone’s throw away from the Burj Khalifa, Zuma serves Japanese cuisine in an informal yet sophisticated setting.
Taking inspiration from the “izakaya” way of dining, food is served to share at Zuma restaurant creating a laid back, relaxed ambience. The Japanese dishes combine classic cuisines with bold, intense flavours, creating a contemporary twist. Dishes include wagyu beef sushi with sevruga caviar and grilled freshwater eel with avocado, sweet omelette and gobo.
