For one weekend only, Gordon Ramsay is teaming up with two leading Thai chefs – Tam Chudaree Debhakam and Kim Ratcharoen – for a three-day exclusive collaboration in London, dubbed Restaurant Gordon Ramsay x Baan Tepa.
Taking place from November 12-14, chef Tam Chudaree Debhakam of Bangkok’s two Michelin-starred and Michelin Green Star Baan Tepa, and chef Kim Ratcharoen, will cook side by side at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay. Chudaree Debkhakan was named Asia’s best female chef last year, and first came into the spotlight as the youngest contestant and winner of Top Chef Thailand. Meanwhile Ratcharoen, who was born and raised in Thailand, joined Restaurant Gordon Ramsay as an apprentice in 2015 before becoming chef de cuisine last year.
“We are excited to welcome Tam and her team to Restaurant Gordon Ramsay,” says chef Ratcharoen. “This collaboration brings together our roots and our classical French training, celebrating the vibrant and distinctive flavour profiles of Thailand through a lens of precision and technique.

“It is also a particularly special collaboration for me, being the first four-hands we have hosted during my time as chef de cuisine. We believe this coming together of two culinary cultures will create something wholly unique for the London dining scene, offering guests an experience that is both rooted in tradition and entirely new.”
“Me and my team at Baan Tepa are very honored to be apart of this collaboration and to cook at the iconic Restaurant Gordon Ramsay a place that holds a very special place in my heart as the first fine dining restaurant I went to during my time as a student in the UK,” adds Debhakam.

The tasting menu, thought up together by the chefs, will be offered to an exclusive group of diners over just five sittings spanning lunch and dinner, to bring Thai ingredients and flavors into the restaurant’s fold.
Guests booking the evening slot can expect the four-hands dinner to start with five canapés, followed by an amuse-bouche and a six-course tasting menu, before concluding with five petit fours. Kanom Krok with crème fraîche and caviar (an interpretation of the traditional Thai coconut pancake) is set to make an appearance, as will turbot with Kaeng Som, turmeric, and kachai.
Bookings are now open and start from £250 (approx. $335) per seating.
