Saison literally translates as “season” in French, an idea that is clearly represented by Chef Joshua Skenes, who is committed to constantly developing and showcasing the very best of each term.

With no set menu, guests are always in for surprise while enjoying the 15 courses on offer.

Yet while the menu may be uncertain, one thing is for sure – the level of extraordinary skill demonstrated by Chef Skenes, who never misses a beat. Diners can expect the chefs to visit each table where they describe the components of the dishes, creating a relaxed and comfortable ambience.
