The latest product from Happy Plugs is just as much jewelry statement as it is a technical gadget. Happy Plugs is the first Swedish company to design exclusive headphones in 18-carat solid gold. A Swedish goldsmith in Old Town, Stockholm, makes the headphones by hand.
Happy Plugs headphones in 18-carat solid gold is molded into the shape of the Happy Plugs Earbuds and 25 grams of gold are used for each pair of earphones, making them a real statement piece.
Happy Plugs is also launching metallic colored headphones in gold and silver. The new metallic colors will be available as Earbuds and In-ear earphones at a price of €24,99 and €34,99.
The headphones in 18-carat gold are available to order from September 6th at a price of 95.000 SEK ($14.500 USD) from www.happyplugs.com.
