The Boathouse
William Avery Rockefeller built this retreat in the North Woods in Adirondack, upstate New York, roughly a century ago. The open and airy 950 sq ft Boathouse allows you to enjoy the mountains in comfort, while soaking in the bathtub for two, or lazing on one of two beds suspended from the ceiling on the wrap-around deck. The Point can also arrange a gourmet picnic if you want a hike: it will be waiting for you when you arrive at your chosen spot.
