The 14th annual Nantucket Wine Festival, which boasts some of the best wine events in the country, will take place from May 19-23, 2010. This year’s schedule will include:
– A Moet Hennessy master class – A 200th anniversary celebration of Veuve Clicquot, tying in Nantucket’s rich history – Tastings and talks with over 175 global wineries and chefs, including Ming Tsai, Oliver Muller, Chateau Montelena, JUSTIN Vineyards, and Martinelli Vineyards – Seminars on topics including cooking with rose and with inexpensive cuts of beef, selecting proper wine glasses, modern cheese, and wines from a variety of regions and philosophies – A Harbor Gala at the White Elephant hotel – A grand tasting at the historic Nantucket Yacht Club – Yacht tours of Nantucket’s coast (including wine), hosted by architect Lyman Perry
