Business aircraft activity data for September 1 to 30, 2009 vs. September 1 to 30, 2008 show that business aircraft activity is at its highest level since October 2008. TRAQPak data indicates September business aircraft activity increased 2.7% from August 2009. Compared to September 2008, activity is up .4%.
