
Duddell’s adds a second Michelin star to its mantelpiece of awards, the latest accolade being announced today by the prestigious guide to Hong Kong’s top dining establishments.
Duddell’s received its first Michelin star just months after its May 2013 opening and has since become one of Hong Kong’s hottest spots for exceptional dining, outstanding service and its casually chic environment surrounded by museum quality art.
Serving exquisite dim sum and authentic Cantonese cuisine Duddell’s has received much praise from local and international food critics and high profile personalities alike. This latest honour from the Michelin Guide is Executive Chef Siu Hin-Chi’s fourth star to date.
