Princess Anne, Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal, was welcomed on board flagship Queen Mary 2 in Southampton recently, visiting the ship in her capacity as President of the Missions to Seafarers, who were holding their Annual General Meeting on board while the ship was berthed in Southampton.
Master of Queen Mary 2, Commodore Bernard Warner unveiled a specially-dedicated plaque that read “Unveiled on the occasion of the visit by HRH The Princess Royal, President, The Mission to Seafarers, to Queen Mary 2 in Southampton on 25 June 2010.”
