LE SENTIER, SWITZERLAND — Watchmaker Jaeger-LeCoultre has launched “Jaeger-LeCoultre – The Official Page” on Facebook for fans to share direct news from the house.
Among the exclusive reports friends of Jaeger-LeCoultre will receive are briefs on The Geophysic Expedition, the conquest of a previously unexplored mountain in Nepal, now named Antoine LeCoultre with extracts from the journal of Swiss Climber Stephane Schaffter, along with pictures and biographies of climbers.
According to a press release received by Elite Traveler, “fans can share the intensity, the ups and downs of this extreme ascent through the journal of the expedition team.”
On January 18, 2010, friends will be among the first to discover in Avant-Première the latest creation of Jaeger-LeCoultre announced during the annual S.I.H.H. watch fair held in Geneva.
