To coincide with the Shanghai International Film Festival, of which Jaeger-LeCoultre is a major sponsor, the brand held a lavish red carpet Rendez-Vous launch party, hosted by its new face, film star Zhao Wei. Zhao Wei was accompanied by many notable celebrities including famed French director Jean-Jacques Annaud, American actor Aaron Eckhart, actresses Chen Chong and Zhao Tao, directors Jia Zhangke and Wang Quan’an, and actress Zhang Yuqi. Also in attendance were Miss World Zhang Zilin, singer Kit Chan, Italian film producer and actress Maria Grazia Cucinotta and more than 1,500 other guests from around the world.
