Boston, MA -The 105-year old Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces luxury traditions have inspired the magical and entertaining “Bollywood Nights” at Taj Boston. The series begins on Wednesday, November 19 and takes place each month through March 2009.
Discover the enchantment of Indian evenings complete with exotic lighting and décor with jewel-toned draperies, silk pillows, mood-enhancing candles, Bollywood clips on screens, dancing to international selections by a DJ and sip Taj Palace Cocktails, Thandai and Cardamom tea. Choose from Indian specialties created by Chef Prabeen Prathapan including presentations of chicken and lamb kebabs, Pav Bhaji and Pani Puri and a display of babycorn kurumilagu and samosa.
