Sometimes you just want to celebrate with a drink. So this Earth Day, drop the wheatgrass and pick up a VeeV-a-la cocktail at any W Hotel’s Gerber Bar. Available only from April 22 (Earth Day) until May 31, the specialty drink of VeeV acai, fresh basil, cucumber, lemon and simple syrup does something good for the environment. Thanks to W Hotel’s partnership with VeeV, fifty cents from every cocktail will go to Global Green USA, a 15-year old Southern California non-profit which works to foster a global shift toward sustainability. Further, the VeeV brand contributes proceeds from the sale of every bottle to conservation efforts in the Brazilian rainforest. That’s definitely something to toast to.
