Mexico’s Riviera Nayarit is set to welcome a new collection of luxury properties at Ritz-Carlton’s latest residential enclave: Siari.
Scheduled to make its debut in late 2024, the clifftop reserve is set along a coveted stretch of coastline overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The enclave – which sits within a leafy 800-acre estate – is made up of 39 residences available in four- and five-bedroom configurations.
Mexico City-based studio, Bernardi + Peschard Arquitectura, was brought in to craft the stunning apartments. While details remain relatively sparse for the time being, if the renderings are anything to go by future owners are in for a real treat.

Designed to blend seamlessly in with the surrounding landscape, the apartments feature sprawling outdoor terraces and balconies. The views take center stage inside too; floor-to-ceiling windows reveal sweeping vistas of the mangrove trees and ocean beyond.
Every effort has been taken to ensure the interiors celebrate the local culture, right down to the thoughtfully chosen furnishings, textiles and artworks adoring the walls.

As you would expect from a Ritz-Carlton branded residence in such a sought-after corner of the globe, the properties don’t come cheap with prices starting at a cool $5m.
Alongside the residences, the luxury group is also building a 90-room hotel complete with three gourmet dining venues, several pools, a beach club, tennis courts, and a library cocktail lounge.
Future owners of the Ritz-Carlton Siari residences will enjoy access to an array of amenities spanning everything from an 18-hole Tom Fazio golf course to a star gazing observatory and deep-slip Marina and Yacht Club.

The new enclave is located within Nauka – a larger “eco-minded development” – around 45 minutes from Puerto Vallarta International Airport.
