Rosewood Hotels & Resorts will be expanding its collection of residences with the opening of Rosewood Residences Beverly Hills. Rosewood’s first standalone residential condominium development in California, Rosewood Residences Beverley Hills will compromise 17 ultra-luxury residences.
Featuring exterior architecture and wondrous interiors designed by world-renowned luxury residential developments designer Thomas Juul-Hansen, the residences will be located on the iconic Santa Monica Boulevard. Drawing on Rosewood’s emphasis on reflecting the texture and culture of each location for its properties, Rosewood Residences Beverly Hills will draw upon the casual sophistication that California has come to define.

Set to open in 2024 with sales to officially commence in 2023, the properties range from 3,000 to over 7,000 sq ft, and will include amongst its amenities private elevator access, large entry foyers, expansive chefs’ kitchens, a mudroom/laundry room accessible by service elevator, and indoor and outdoor living areas. Half the residences will also include private swimming pools, and a selected number of residences will also feature fully equipped outdoor kitchens, wet bars and firepits.
Rosewood Residences Beverly Hills will also offer its intimate community of homeowners resort-like features including a rooftop pool, a whirlpool spa, a fitness center and outdoor areas with views of the city.
