The Restaurant
La Table du Valrose, situated in the charming village of Rougemont, elevates dining to an art form amid the stunning Swiss Alps. The restaurant, led by chef Benoît Carcenat, a Meilleur Ouvrier de France, holds two Michelin stars, a testament to its exceptional cuisine. Carcenat's innovative tasting menu showcases modern French cooking, deeply rooted in tradition yet unafraid to explore new culinary horizons. Produce sourced from the Pays d'Enhaut, Saanenland, and Intyamon regions highlights the terroir, while the chic decor blends Alpine wood with contemporary design. Carcenat's creations, inspired by his travels, offer a magical journey for the senses, complemented by impeccable service. Note that the restaurant will be closed between April 6 and April 30, 2025, reopening on May 1.
