The Suite
Situated directly beneath one of the Carlton Cannes' signature domes, the Katara Suite is the property's largest residence. From this vantage point, you look straight out over the Bay of Cannes and the Mediterranean Sea.
The design confidently pairs Belle Époque architecture with modern details. The main salon features classic elements—marble floors, white pillars, and gilded ceilings—but offsets them with oversized cream seating and a striking, sculptural foosball table. A separate dining room, finished with parquet floors and a marble-topped table, handles everything from late morning service to formal evening meals as the light shifts over the bay.
The two-bedroom layout is built for longer stays. The master bedroom includes a private lounge and opens directly onto a lengthy, sea-facing terrace, outfitted with sunbeds, deep seating, and an 'alfresco' dining setup. The master bath also features a private sauna—a useful amenity for unwinding after a busy day on the Croisette. For a change of scenery, a second terrace faces the opposite direction, providing excellent city views once the sun goes down.
The Hotel
A legend of the Croisette since 1913, Carlton Cannes has long stood as a symbol of Riviera elegance. Fresh from a meticulous restoration, the hotel now balances Belle Époque architecture with modern interiors. Inside, bespoke furnishings and curated art create an atmosphere of refined luxury. The seafront location offers direct access to the beach and Cannes’ most iconic promenade. With a private beach club, expansive gardens, and an indulgent wellness center, Carlton Cannes reclaims its place as one of the Riviera’s grandest stays.
