The Post Oak Hotel at Uptown Houston has put Texas on the luxury map after becoming the state’s only AAA Five-Diamond property. Now, it has taken aim at the ultra-wealthy with an extravagant wine package valued at $1million.

The package has been introduced to celebrate the opening of The Cellar at The Post Oak Hotel. The elegant and intimate space acts as both a private dining venue as well as storage for the hotel’s amazing wine collection. It contains a 30,000-bottle, $5 million-dollar collection of rare, vintage and contemporary wines spanning three centuries and 24 countries.
Specifically curated to appeal to the most discerning of oenophiles, the experience gives guests the opportunity to try some of the most exclusive wines in the world. The package includes a taste of 43 vintages of Chateau Mouton Rothschild, one of the most celebrated wineries in Bordeaux.
Guests will be wined and dined over four nights at The Post Oak Hotel with gourmet dinners served in The Cellar. The dinners are fully customizable to ensure they meet specific tastes. Each of the 43 vintages of Chateau Mouton Rothschild will be served in magnums along with the dinners.
