One&Only Gorilla’s Nest’s main restaurant, Nest, focuses on local organic food with a fresh juice-making station. The menus are based on seasonal elements and ingredients, and produce is supplied by local farmers. The bar at Nest serves cocktails with a modern twist by incorporating rose water and eucalyptus.
