Opened on January 20, 2020, the Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono has 100 hotel guest rooms including 28 suites (nine of which have private semi-outdoor onsen baths) and more than 70 residences, all with ski-in/ski-out convenience. The hotel guest rooms range from 700 sq ft and up, and all feature a large master bedroom, separate living room with plush sofa that can be converted into an extra bed, a generous walk-in wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with rain shower and soaking bathtub. Rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows so guests can enjoy breathtaking views of Mount Yotei and the Annupuri ranges. The Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono residences range from contemporary studio residences to expansive multi-bedroom suites. An extensive selection of cuisine is offered, focusing on local produce from land and sea, all finely crafted. The six signature restaurants feature Italian, Chinese, robatayaki, teppanyaki, and the sushi and French terroir cuisine of Michelin-starred chefs.


Annupuri Suite and Yotei Suite

Size – 1,755 sq ft

The Annupuri Suite and Yotei Suite are located on Park Hyatt Niseko’s top floor; both feature dramatic views of Mount Yotei. The master king bedroom in each features two walk-in closets and a large en-suite bathroom with rain shower and soaking tub. The spacious living room comes with a kitchen, and an expansive dining area with a table seating six guests. A large veranda and private outdoor terrace with an onsen welcomes guests to relax after an adventurous day in Niseko. Experience the ultimate in sophisticated luxury with a stay in one of these suites.


The hotel’s signature spa features a wide range of body and facial treatments, with four single and two couple treatment rooms and private onsen. Other wellness facilities include a stunning 82-ft indoor pool. Relax in the public onsen hot spring baths, or work out at the hotel’s health club, all under the care of a dedicated team.



Traditional Japanese- and French-inspired teppan menus are carefully prepared at teppan counters, featuring a premium selection of Hokkaido vegetables, Wagyu beef, abalone and Japanese seafood. The chief sommelier will provide local wine and sake recommendations to enhance your culinary journey.
