For something more formal, visit Latitude 28 for a delectable journey through its Mediterranean coastal menu in an upscale setting. However, the highlight has to be the resort’s Nikki-Peruvian rooftop fusion restaurant, Deep End, offering swoon-worthy sunset views over the gulf of Mexico.
The notable vistas continue from the expansive balcony of the hotel’s most exclusive suite, the Three-bedroom Residence. A natural color palette with splashes of ocean blue creates an air of tranquility in this tastefully contemporary apartment.
At 1,628 sq ft and featuring a separate living room and mini kitchen, there is enough space to make yourself at home. Sleeping up to 10, all three bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms and beach views through sliding balcony doors – the perfect spot for your morning coffee.
