Bugatti – the luxury automotive brand behind the fastest car in the world – has unveiled their new plans for a series of luxury and mid-range super yachts.
The Niniette by Buggati has been designed with Palmer Johnson, the world’s largest luxury yacht builder. Expected to be distinctively “Bugatti”, the super yacht will boast quiet nods to the brands illustrious history by combining pedigree from both parents. The deck features a combination of maple or natural blue morta oak wood with brown bubinga wood and provides warm contrast with the lightweight high-tech materials, while the interior can be customized per customer’s request.
The super yahcts, affectionately named after Lidia Bugatti’s nickname (daughter of founder Ettore Bugatti), are inspired by the Bugatti Type 57 C Alicante and Type41 Royale Classic Cars and are expected to be developed from ultra lightweight titanium and dark blue carbon fibre, taking up style elements of Bugatti’s classic cars combined with the revolutionary hull shape of Palmer Johnson’s SuperSport series. Each yacht will have a top speed of 38 knots (43mph).

Inspired by Bugatti’s design DNA, Palmer Johnson has created not only an incredibly elegant and beautiful yacht but also a masterpiece of craftsmanship featuring carbon fibre, titanium and precious wood. This collector’s item will thrill maritime aficionados.’

The Niniette is available in three sizes. PJ63 is 19 metres long and can accommodate up to four guests and crew. The smaller PJ42 is 13 metres long while the larger PJ 88 is 27 metres long, with prices starting at $2.1 million.
