Waris Ahluwalia is a fixture on the fashion and social scenes. His personal style landed him on Vanity Fair’s 2010 international best-Dressed list and British GQ’s best-Dressed list, international edition, in 2016. Ahluwalia also designs a jewelry collection, House of Waris, and has acted in a few Wes Anderson films. It’s no surprise that this renaissance man has collaborated with his friends at the Kooples on the SS17 menswear collection. What started out as being the muse for the season developed into a much more hands-on experience of helping to conceive and design the collection. This season brings the Kooples man on an expedition from India to Japan. The silhouette is a bit more relaxed and the colors richer with luxurious prints interspersed throughout. The collection starts at $110 and goes up to $1,295.
