Spread over two floors, the 5,000-square-foot residence – complete with a built-in massage room, a private lift and a roof terrace, offering 180° panoramic views of the capital – is the ultimate in luxury.
Describing the penthouse as “the best suite in London”, hotel manager Gregoire says the breathtaking view has captured the hearts of every guest who has stayed there.
“I think the cherry on the cake in this suite is when you go to the terrace and you have probably the best views you can have of London on the Thames,” he says.

“You see as far as St Paul’s Cathedral and as you turn right you see the Millennium Wheel and Big Ben. It’s an incredible view and you can only really understand it once you see it.”
When it comes to a five-star service, Gregoire says the hotel really delivers with its teams of butlers, housekeepers and cooks. “This is where I think we can make a difference and complement the beauty of the penthouses themselves,” he adds.
