Phulay Bay, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, has new services for underwater weddings, vow renewals and engagments.
Romantic travelers can reserve a speadboat ride through the limestone karsts in the Andaman Sea, followed by a dive among coral reefs with a wetsuit-clad Master of Ceremonies. After performing an underwater wedding, vow renewal or engagement ceremony, the emcee will release a pool of clownfish, in keeping with Thai traditions of color and new beginnings.
The resort can also arrange a Champagne toast and catered picnic in the speedboat, as well as a personal photographer and DiveMaster to accompany the event.
Located 100 miles east of Phuket, Phulay Bay, A Ritz-Carlton Reserve has 54 suites and villas, six restaurants, a bi-level infinity pool and an ESPA spa.
