The Restaurant
Bouchon, chef Thomas Keller's interpretation of a French bistro, brings a slice of Yountville to the Venetian Resort in Las Vegas. Designed by Adam D. Tihany, the restaurant evokes a relaxed yet sophisticated environment, reminiscent of classic French establishments. The interior features high ceilings, neutral tones, and a mosaic floor, complete with a pewter bar and hand-painted murals by French artist Paulin Paris. Bouchon offers elevated bistro classics, including steak frites and fresh oysters. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Bouchon provides a respite from the Strip's frenetic energy. While Keller is the only American chef to hold multiple three-star Michelin ratings simultaneously for two different establishments, Bouchon Las Vegas does not currently hold any Michelin stars.
