The Suite

The Five-Bedroom Mansion is positioned 500 feet above the Indian Ocean, claiming a prime spot on the Bvlgari Resort's clifftop grounds. This is luxury defined by discretion: the residence operates with a separate entrance for absolute privacy, supported by a dedicated, full-time butler who handles all logistics.

Guests find their suites—distributed across two distinct buildings—accessible either by a dramatic grand staircase or, more simply, by elevator. Every elegant suite incorporates both indoor and outdoor seating, utilizing lofty glass doors that flood the rooms with natural light. The interiors showcase rich indigenous wood finishes and striking, jewel-toned fabrics. Even the bathrooms are treated as artisanal spaces, supplied with the resort's exclusive Bvlgari fragrance and bath products. Outside, the tropical garden is fragrant with frangipani trees, providing a lush frame for the generous ocean-view deck and the impressive two-tiered pool.

The Hotel

Bvlgari Resort Bali stretches across the southern edge of the Bukit Peninsula, sitting high on a limestone clifftop with views over a quiet stretch of beach and the Indian Ocean below. This part of the island is known for its clear waters, consistent surf and scenic shoreline, making it a fitting backdrop for one of Bali’s most luxurious resorts.

Spread across 8.4 hectares of frangipani-lined coastline, the resort includes 59 villas and mansions laid out in terraces that echo the island’s famous rice fields. Designed by Milan’s ACPV ARCHITECTS, the resort balances clean-lined Italian design with Balinese architecture and native materials. Villas combine hand-cut volcanic stone with rich local woods and thatched alang-alang roofs, each one discreetly tucked into the natural rise and fall of the cliff. Every villa has a private swimming pool made from pale green sukabumi stone and is furnished with original Indonesian antiques and custom pieces made in Bali.

Dining highlights include Il Ristorante – Niko Romito, where classic Italian recipes are adapted using local ingredients. The Bvlgari Bar, surrounded by reflecting pools, is a relaxed space for light bites and cocktails, with sunset aperitivi served each evening. For something a little more local, Sangkar, the resort’s all-day restaurant, sits on the highest point of the resort and offers Balinese and Indonesian dishes with open views over the ocean.

At the Bvlgari Spa, treatments marry Balinese tradition with global techniques, from warm stone massages to Ayurvedic body rituals. Treatment rooms are perched at the edge of the resort, allowing guests to listen to the ocean during their sessions. An experienced and well-connected leisure concierge is on hand to organise activities ranging from yoga with the 24-hour on-site instructors to local village walks or guided melukat ceremonies, spiritual water blessings rooted in Balinese Hindu practice. One of the region’s most important temples, Pura Luhur Uluwatu, is also within easy reach of the resort.
