The Suite
Designed specifically for hosting, the Johnston Terrace Suite features a private terrace alongside generous living and dining areas. The entire space takes its design cues from the 1920s, successfully integrating authentic vintage pieces, hand-knotted rugs, and distinctive lighting installations that define the atmosphere. Bespoke artwork adds a layer of individualized character throughout the residence.
For privacy, the suite includes a large king-size bedroom and a separate guest 'water closet'. The six-fixture bathroom is decidedly oversized and built for utility and comfort. It features a classic clawfoot bathtub and a separate walk-in Watermark shower. Guests will appreciate the use of full-size Cowshed products, a thoughtful detail that moves beyond standard amenity kits.
The Hotel
Nestled within the historic Johnston Building on Broadway, The Ned NoMad artfully combines early 20th-century Beaux-Arts architecture with the opulence of Art Deco design. The interiors are adorned with rich textures and vintage furnishings, reflecting the glamour of 1920s Manhattan. Guests are invited to indulge in a variety of exceptional dining experiences: Cecconi's, a modern-day classic Italian restaurant, is open daily to the public, while Little Ned, with its 1920s-style booth seating and mezzanine floor, offers an intimate setting for cocktails and club favorites. For members and hotel guests, the rooftop terrace, known as Ned's Club Upstairs, provides a chic escape with breathtaking skyline views. Situated just steps from Madison Square Park and a short walk to Broadway, The Ned NoMad offers seamless access to New York City's premier cultural and entertainment venues.
