The Suite
The two-bedroom penthouse suite, situated on the 45th floor, provides clear sightlines across Central Park. This is a residence built for settling in, designed around a plush central sitting room that incorporates a dedicated dining area. The interior design cleverly references the location: custom En Viu murals, directly inspired by the surrounding greenery, wrap the walls.
For guests seeking privacy, a key feature is the two separate media rooms—one adjacent to each bedroom—offering quiet, dedicated spaces for movie viewings. The bathrooms maintain a high standard, finished entirely in marble and equipped with both a generous walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub. Amenities are thoughtfully provided by Jo Loves.
The Hotel
Perched above the lush greenery of Central Park and surrounded by its more buttoned-up Billionaire’s Row neighbors, Park Lane New York is the whimsical, stylish dreamer. After an $80m renovation in 2022, this hotel stands fresh-faced and vibrant – thanks to New York-based designer Yabu Pushelberg, who took inspiration from another Central Park inhabitant: Alice in Wonderland. Expect pastel palettes, whimsical murals and bunny sculptures scattered throughout its 610 rooms. Park Lane doesn’t just look good – it plays host to Bond Hospitality’s trio of dining options, including Darling (surprisingly the only rooftop bar on Central Park South) that pratically begs for showstopping skyline snaps.
