With two helicopters, a custom-built submarine and a six star status, Scenic Eclipse takes ocean cruising to a whole new level of luxury and elegance.
Akin to the finest hotels in the world, guests will find premium services and all the amenities expected from a 5-star hotel. Scenic’s signature brand of all-inclusive luxury means guests will enjoy the highest level of inclusions – all meals regardless of venue, complimentary top-shelf beverages 24/7, butler service, an almost 1:1 guest-to-staff ratio and on-board entertainment and lectures in the 240-seat theatre.
Scenic Eclipse will carry 228 passengers in 114 opulent all-veranda suites with balconies. Deluxe furnishings, HDTV and climate control are all included. The mega-yacht also includes six on board dining options, from contemporary fine dining with French cuisine to Pan Asian-Italian-steak to casual al fresco dining on the pool deck or in the Ocean Cafe Lounge. From the ultimate spa experience to the spacious lounges and bars, outdoor terraces, pool and Jacuzzis, the luxurious wonders on board Scenic Eclipse provides the ultimate in relaxation. Thanks to the two helicopters and submarines, guests can explore even the toughest terrains.
Billed as the “world’s first discovery yacht”, Scenic Eclipse marries luxury and discovery, giving guests the opportunity to explore the remotest regions of the Arctic and Antarctic. Launching on 31 August 2018, the ultra luxurious mega yacht will embark on its maiden voyage from Istanbul to Venice before sailing to The Americas, Antarctica, Europe and The Mediterranean, and the Arctic and Norwegian Fjords.
“Our goal with Scenic Eclipse was to open up the private discovery yacht experience so that our guests could discover regions previously only visited by a fortunate few,” said Glen Moroney, Scenic’s chairman. However, Arctic and Antarctic cruises will be limited to 200 passengers to better accommodate each guest and there will be two on-board helicopters and a custom-built seven-seat submarine to ferry passengers to various glacier landings.
Scenic Eclipse is currently being built in Croatia as part of the company’s 30th anniversary celebration. Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours already operates 21 river cruise ships throughout Europe, Russia and Southeast Asia.
