InterContinental Bordeaux – Le Grand Hotel has announced Le Bordeaux Gordon Ramsay (opening June 8). The new restaurant joins Pressoir d’Argent Gordon Ramsay, which opened at the hotel in 2015 and won a Michelin star just a few months after.
Le Bordeaux Gordon Ramsay is a new era at the iconic brasserie, which has been a meeting spot for locals and Parisians since it opened as “Café de Bordeaux” in 1850.
Celebrating the quality and freshness of local and regional products, the new menu of Le Bordeaux Gordon Ramsay features specialties of South West of France with a British touch. The menu, includes Beef Wellington, Fish & Chips, Salade Landaise, Loupiac snails and seasonal octopus, which sit alongside an extensive collection of local wines.
Arthur Fèvre, Pastry Chef of the Pressoir d’Argent Gordon Ramsay, has revamped traditional recipes for the brasserie Le Bordeaux Gordon Ramsay, including Spring Gariguettes.
