Hotel Savoy x Emilio Pucci
Hotel Savoy overlooks the Piazza della Repubblica in Florence, and is the source of inspiration for two specially designed scarves by Emilio Pucci. Reimagined in Pucci’s signature style of vivid colors, the two scarves (one in bright pink, the other in turquoise) have been encased on glass tabletops in the terrace restaurant. The Pucci touch is peppered throughout the hotel—check out the hand-tufted rug in the lobby with a Lamborghini print from Pucci’s archives.
One&Only Le Saint Géran x Alice Temperly
Nestled away on a private peninsula, One&Only Le Saint Géran underwent a multi-million-dollar refurbishment late last year and is still a favorite of celebrities and fashionistas. For a special experience, book The Glampfire Dinner next to a traditional tipi designed by British designer Alice Temperly. Known for her boho-chic aesthetic, the hand-stitched canopy has twinkling jewels that reflect the light of the setting sun. Inside, a Parisian glass chandelier hangs from the rafters.
Hotel Metropole Monte-Carlo x Karl Lagerfeld
Karl Lagerfeld is no stranger to hotel design, and his input at the Hotel Metropole Monte-Carlo draws on tales of ancient Greece to create a dramatic scene. The well-being area, named Odyssey, includes a seawater pool, solarium and poolside restaurant. Overlooking the pool are floor-to-ceiling backlit glass panels that depict Ulysses’s epic voyage: Lagerfeld photographed several of his muses wearing togas, then superimposed them onto photographs of the Greek coast.
