To celebrate the launch of Courvoisier Cognac’s new Sherry Cask Finish, the house of Courvoisier has created a delicious cocktail to enhance the flavors of this unique expression. Only available for a limited time, the Sherry Cask blend was developed with the US Market in mind: First, the liquid is aged for two to eight years and then matured in French limousin oak casks. Next, it’s matured in a Sherry cask from Southern Spain before the final result of a smooth toasted almond and honey-flavored cognac. Though it can be enjoyed neat, a Sherry Manhattan is the perfect cocktail for bringing out the aromas of this special blend.
