JetSuiteX Relaunches as JSX for New Campaign

By Alex Martin

JetSuiteX, the sister company of private charter brand JetSuite, has relaunched itself under the new brand name JSX as aims to distinguish itself as a “hop-on jet service”.

The new name, an abbreviation of “Joyful, Simple Xperiences,” will spearhead the company’s latest effort to widen the charter jet travel market. Now in its fourth year of operation, JSX has overseen a marked increase in demand for short-haul journeys on 30-seat jets.

As part of the relaunch, it will also add a seventh airport to its service: Phoenix (PHX). JSX currently operates from Burbank (BUR), Las Vegas (LAS), Orange County (SNA), Napa/Concord (CCR), Oakland (OAK), and Seattle-Boeing Field (BFI).

Part of the rebrand is an increased emphasis on saving customers that most precious of commodities; time. Alex Wilcox, co-founder and CEO of the newly minted JSX, sought to offer customers the chance to cut out the hassle of traditional airports with an accessible form of jet travel.

Wilcox says: “Because commercial flying is such drudgery, the notion of joy in flying or hopping on a jet is a foreign concept to so many business and leisure travelers. We have created a model at JSX that fuses the best of the commercial experience, meaning accessibility and cost efficiency, with the best of private flying which is ease, time efficiency and an elevated experience.

“As we continue to grow, it’s important we not only distinguish ourselves uniquely as a brand, but as a new type of travel solution that is focused on creating ‘Joyful, Simple Xperiences’ every time you fly – and which is now clearly reflected in our new name ‘JSX’.”

Although flights start from $89 each way, JSX still gives passengers a taste of the high life with a luxurious cabin. Every flight offers spacious, soundproofed interiors, complimentary premium cocktails, and at least 36 inches of legroom. Highspeed Wi-Fi is also due to roll out across its fleet of Embraer 135 and 145 aircraft in 2020.
