Craft Atlanta at The Mansion on Peachtree will introduce the city of Atlanta to contemporary American cuisine defined by simple, seasonal dishes driven by the freshest and finest ingredients. The original Craft restaurant was founded by Colicchio in March 2001 in New York City, and received the 2002 James Beard Award for ‘Best New Restaurant’ in America. Since then, the Craft brand has expanded to include Craftbar, Craftsteak, CraftDallas, Craft Los Angeles and Wichcraft. The addition of Craft Atlanta expands the collection of Colicchio’s award-winning restaurants, introducing an elevated level of luxury and attention to detail through their partnership with Rosewood Hotels & Resorts.
Located in Atlanta’s chic neighborhood of Buckhead, the 42-story property will impart an understated elegance and refinement that reflects the ambiance of the world’s finest private residences. Opening date for the project will be early 2008.

Presently Tom is taping his third season as head judge of Bravo network’s “Top Chef,” where he also serves as mentor to the competing chefs on the popular series.
