MIAMI, FL.- On January 1st 2008, 2700 North Ocean – the premiere condominium resort in Singer Island, Florida, being built by Catalfumo, will open its doors to reveal an unprecedented and over the top designer showcase extravaganza. The property, which is comprised of two 27-story luxury towers on more than eight acres of unobstructed oceanfront land, will proudly unveil their three, celebrity designed units bearing the names of some of the world’s most eminent and prestigious national publications; Conde Nast Traveler, Architectural Digest and Elite Traveler. The sprawling units will feature the design industry’s most sought after furnishings, finishes, and immaculate details. Each unit will bear the both the stamps of their unit’s magazine namesake and the illustrious designer who has designed each unit to resonate their own personal sense of style.
This landmark event will celebrate the culmination of a year-long production that employed three of the world’s most renowned interior designers: Charles Allem of CAD International, representing Architectural Digest and one of Architectural Digest’s “AD 100″(a list of the world’s most gifted interior designers) whose work has been featured in publications such as InStyle, Robb Report, The Los Angeles Times, Habitat and Florida Design; Conde Nast Traveler designer Katherine Kesler of Interspace Design Group, who has become the go-to expert for prestigious hotel design around the world including work with the Hilton Corporation, The Biltmore Hotel, Omni, Westin, Double Tree, Radisson, Embassy Suites, Sheraton, and The Luxury Collection, and David Linley of LINLEY Design in London in partnership with Elite Traveler, who has designed for everyone from Oprah Winfrey and Carolina Herrera to creating a limited edition of beautifully crafted trays for the world’s most prestigious champagne brand, KRUG.
Catalfumo Construction and Development, celebrating their 30th anniversary next year, embarked on this designer showcase at 2700 North Ocean, and made sure to do so with the best possible people in the industry. Each designer has worked hand in hand with their publication to create a home that not only reflects the style of the magazine’s reader, but that of the 2700 lifestyle as well.
