LONDON, ENGLAND — The Burgess brokerage team have added three yachts to their inventory, the company announced.
· SILVER, signed as a joint listing, is undoubtedly one of the most exciting new deliveries of the last 12 months. Launched in 2007 from the Australian shipyard Hanseatic Marine which was founded by her owner and designer Espen Øino, this impressive ultra-sleek 73.3m yacht offers fuel-efficient cruising at speeds of up to 25 knots and her cool contemporary interior is über chic. Accommodating up to 14 guests in 8 cabins, SILVER is available for select viewings during the Monaco Show.
· Already representing the 56.7m BAD GIRL as central agents for charter, Burgess have now signed the yacht for sale with an asking price of US$31,500,000 and are also exhibiting her at the Monaco Show. Launched in 1992 by Brooke Yachts, BAD GIRL has been maintained in exemplary condition throughout her two ownerships and boasts an impressive charter track record. Her cruising speed of 18 knots, a vast sundeck and accommodation for 12 guests in 6 cabins with a further 7 pullman berths make BAD GIRL an irresistible purchase opportunity.
· Finally, Burgess have been appointed joint central sales agents for PLATINUM, a 37m custom built motor yacht delivered earlier this year from MacKeddie Marine in Australia with an asking price of US$19,500,000. Accommodation is for 10 guests in four double cabins plus an owner’s suite forward on the main deck. The Burgess charter management division have also not been idle and enthusiastically announced their appointment as central agents to the 52m Benetti, TOMMY. Built in 1995 and refurbished in 2008, TOMMY accommodates 10/12 guests in 5 spacious cabins. A comfortable and light Terence Disdale interior complements the modern additions such as the brand new comprehensive audio-visual system. Her classic Benetti profile incorporates a superb sundeck complete with Jacuzzi and operational helipad. TOMMY will be available in the Caribbean this winter with rate to be confirmed.
Founded in 1975 with offices across Europe and North America, including New York and Miami, Burgess is the global superyacht company, specializing in yachts of over 130-ft.
The Burgess brokerage division has been involved in the sale of many of the world’s most significant yachts, while the new construction division is currently supervising more new build superyachts than any other firm.
