The Villas at La Samanna offer sumptuous accommodations and unparalleled service. The first villa is already completed, four more will open in December 2008, and the remaining three will be available by Spring 2009.
The eight newly constructed properties offer a graceful Mediterranean architecture with a Caribbean spirit, and boast over 4,600 square feet of space, with generous living quarters, master bedrooms with alcoves and oversized private terraces. The first villas will be ready for rental on December 20, 2008. Rental rates range from US$3,000 per night in low season to US $8,500 per night over the holiday period. A select number of the villas will be sold to loyal customers of La Samanna.
