DALLAS -The Tower Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas celebrated building topping-out on October 10, 2008, signifying that construction on the highest point of the 23-story Regency-style structure is complete, and that the roof is on. The reinforced concrete structure topped out with more than 21,463 cubic yards of concrete and approximately 3,510 tons of reinforced steel. A ceremony celebrating the milestone and saluting the Uptown tower’s 250 workers was held at the Robert A. M. Stern-designed building and was hosted by property developer Crescent Real Estate Equities Company.
Only 31 residences remain available for purchase in the tower, with the neighborhood’s first phase already fully sold.
